Information We Collect
We may collect customer name, mobile number, service address, booking details, service preferences, payment references, support messages, device information, and app usage information required to provide customer services.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage customer accounts.
- To book, schedule, execute, and support service orders.
- To send OTPs, service updates, reminders, and customer support messages.
- To improve service quality, prevent misuse, and maintain operational records.
- To comply with legal, accounting, audit, tax, dispute, and internal policy requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share limited information with service staff, technology providers, payment providers, communication providers, and authorities where required for service delivery, safety, compliance, or legal obligations.
Data Retention
We keep customer information only as long as required for service delivery, customer support, audit records, legal compliance, accounting records, fraud prevention, internal policy, and dispute handling. If a customer has booked a service or placed an order request, including requests that are not executed, some order and customer data may be retained for audit and internal policy purposes.
Account Deletion
Customers may submit an account deletion request. The delete process may take a minimum of 15 days. During this period, customers may cancel the delete request from the mobile app. Data required for audit, legal, accounting, dispute, security, service history, or internal policy purposes may be retained even after an account deletion request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect customer information. No digital system is completely risk-free, but we work to limit access and use information only for legitimate business needs.
Your Choices
You may contact us for help with account information, privacy questions, or deletion requests. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for legal, audit, order, payment, or internal policy reasons.
